Shipping, Cancellations and Returns

Star Jewels want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We will gladly replace or exchange your online purchase, please read the terms below and and place the products in their individual bags.



Please note:- All sale and discounted items, accessories, and clearance items are FINAL SALE, and cannot be returned.

We will happily accept returns of items that have been wrongly delivered instead of the item ordered and replace the wrongly delivered item for the correct product dependent on availability and within 7 days of return. In case the goods are received damaged, please do not remove the price tag or usage seals – let the goods be in the same condition as received.

Please let us know your reasons for returns and/or exchange requirements within 5 days of receiving the order by writing to us on Please send images of the goods received in support of your claim for refund/replacement.

Refund or Exchange is only applicable for unused goods. Beyond the usual signs of usage, goods will be considered used if:

  1. The price tag has been removed from the product
  2. The seal tags have been removed from the product

This condition would be applicable even for damaged goods.

Refund or replacements will be initiated only post thorough checking of product returned.

The product would have to be returned to us in a packaging similar to the one delivered at the following address:

In case if a replacement is not available within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods by us, we will refund your amount. The refund or replacement would be initiated within a maximum period of 15 days. In case of a refund, it would carried out  by credit through your original payment method after we get it back from you. (Except for COD in which case we shall deposit the amount in your bank) 

Damaged goods.

Our expert team is able to assess the damages that could have resulted during transit as compared to handling by customers (like dropping the jewellery resulting in breakage of the stones etc.). Refunds or replacements are possible only for goods that are not damaged by the customer. We will however be happy to repair the damages to the goods from the customers side for a period of 7 days from the date of delivery.

The cost of delivery for returns/refunds is not refundable, but we will gladly cover the cost of delivering replacement items to you within India.

Please allow up to 15 working days for exchanges/refunds to be processed once we receive them. 

We will keep you updated on the status of your exchange/refund.


We will try and have your product shipped within the first 48 hours post your order. 

As soon as we receive tracking information for your parcels, we will forward it to you. In-case you do not receive this information- do drop us an email on and we will have you covered.

We will try our level best to make sure you receive your parcels within 3-4 business days from the time of your order.



If you'd like to cancel your order, please send us an email at in within 24 hours and we'll sort it out. As simple as that! Cancellations will not be possible for items in promotion, sale items or after 24 hours of order placement.
